Payments and Cancellations Policy

1. Policy Statement

Clients are expected to provide payment at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. To maintain the efficiency and fairness of our schedule, Rejuve Aesthetics and Wellness enforces a cancellation and no-show policy. Late cancellations, less than 24hrs notice and missed appointments may result in fees.

2. Payment Procedures

Accepted Payment Methods

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
• Debit Cards
• Cash
• Cherry Payments

Payment Timing

• Full payment is due at the time of service.
• For services requiring a deposit, clients must pay at booking to secure the
appointment.

Refunds

All service sales and/or gift cards are final. No refunds are issued for treatments
rendered or after invoices have been paid for services.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Window

• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a $50 late
cancellation fee or forfeit deposit if one was already paid.

No-Shows

• Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice will be charged a $75
no-show fee or forfeit their deposit if one was already paid.
• After two no-shows, all future service appointments will be required to be paid in
full prior to booking.

4. Deposits
• Certain services (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, packages) may require a nonrefundable deposit at booking (e.g., $50–$200 depending on service).
• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.
• Deposits are non-transferable between clients or services unless otherwise approved.

5. Packages

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value with management approval.
